What we do

Forecasting.

Know what's coming, and act on it now.

Why it matters

Reacting is too late. Anticipating is the standard.

Most organisations steer on what has already happened. The real advantage is knowing what's coming, and acting on it now.

With predictive models, you translate historical data into usable expectations. About demand, churn, capacity or any other topic that matters to your organisation.

How it works

From historical data to looking ahead.

01 · Goal

What do you want to forecast?

We define the specific objective together. What do you want to know, how far ahead, and why does it matter?

02 · Modelling

Building the right model.

Based on historical data we build a predictive model suited to your situation: not too complex, but reliable.

03 · Integration

Forecasts that land.

The model gets integrated into your processes, so forecasts are automatically available where they're needed.

What you get

After a forecasting engagement you have:

  • I A working predictive model aligned with your objective.
  • II Insight into the reliability and limits of the forecasts.
  • III Integration with existing systems and processes.
  • IV The ability to further develop the model with new data.
Frequently asked questions

What you often want to know.

How much data do we need?

That varies by application. In many cases a year of historical data is enough to build a useful model.

How reliable are the forecasts?

We're always transparent about accuracy. A model that isn't reliable, we don't deploy.

Can we adjust the model ourselves?

Yes. We build so your team can monitor and fine-tune the model. Full handover is the goal.
